Job Description

Here at Dixa, we're transforming Customer Service into Customer Friendships, because we think that CX should be conversational, engaging, and personalized We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to support Dixa business growth through our ecosystem of channel and tech partners. In this role you will be part of Dixa marketing team and work closely with the VP of Partnerships to develop and execute marketing plans with our partners. This role includes ensuring partners understand and are excited about our value proposition, implementing demand generation campaigns, enabling partner marketing and sales teams, and tracking results and ROI on different initiatives.What you’ll do;
  • Create integrated co-marketing campaigns including content creation, email, social, field and virtual events, and webinars
  • Establish KPIs internally and with partners, and analyze and track results to optimise campaigns and performance
  • Oversee the strategy and implementation of partner marketing initiatives , working with relevant teams internally, including sales, business development, demand generation, and product marketing
  • Drive partner engagement by understanding each partner type's motivation and goals, and finding scalable ways to regularly engage and excite partners
  • Work with field marketing to create exciting virtual and in-person events for partners
You:
  • Ideally, have worked in a scale-up before. It’s a bonus if you know the startup space, and can pre-empt the bumps in the road ahead as we scale. You're super comfortable wearing many different hats, and you get energy from being in high pressure situations and fast growth, with the ability to create measurable impact amongst all the chaos!
  • Are an experienced in Partner Marketing with a track record in building successful co-marketing initiatives with partners that produce compelling ROI
  • Are an excellent communicator who can channel the Dixa voice to produce friendly content that aligns with our brand across a variety of audiences (developers to sales teams)
  • Are a project planner and thrive on collaborating with internal teams, peers, and leaders, as well as with external stakeholders to plan your work, work your plan, drive eye-popping results, and prepare insightful reports on progress.
  • Are analytical and data-driven you know how to use data to overcome hurdles and leverage insights to find opportunities and drive continuous improvement in our growth efforts, bringing experience in campaign tracking, tagging, web testing, and with automation, measurement and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce, and/or others.
  • Are good at relationship building and motivating stakeholders to invest above and beyond
