Job Description
Being the #1 Customer Friendship platform comes with big ideas. We’re looking for someone to embark on a journey to help our Strategy team drive those ideas into a reality. So, we’re looking for a hands-on project manager to join our Strategy function; someone who can find structure in the chaos that is a scale-up, and most importantly, who can drive projects and bridge the gaps between different areas of the business to align viewpoints and ensure that they align with the vision of Dixa. The Strategy team is a central function in driving high-impact cross-functional projects. In this role, you’ll be reporting to our Team lead Strategy - we’re talking about high impact and great coverage of the strategic engine of a fast-paced environment. We started out as four friends around a kitchen table, on a mission to radically change the customer service space, while building a people-first and values-driven culture from the get-go.
Now, we’re in scale-up territory, backed by incredible VCs (raising Series C in July 2021), and over 190 exceptional Dixaterians working with us in 4 offices (and remotely)
This incredible momentum is fuelling our mission to once and for all eliminate bad customer service and create a world in which all people are welcomed by their favorite brands with the warm familiarity of a friend.

- Effectively communicate product/project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner
- Set and continually manage product/project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
- Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Carry out special tasks at Management's direction
- Assist management with research, various analysis and creating presentations
- Have a minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager with a history of success
- Are business and result-oriented
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Are structured and analytical in your way of working
- Are team player with experience from collaborating cross-functionally
- Have a positive and proactive can-do attitude
- Are a excellent communicator and fluent in English
