Last year, we grew from 50 to 100 people and now we need people to lead those expanding teams and service our largest clients. You will work with and lead such clients as Universal, Paramount, Disney, Prime Video and many more.
In our teams, we have employees who went from a Campaign Lead to a Director in just over a year. We have those who nearly doubled their salary in just over a year. Each Director is responsible for millions in budgets monthly, supporting the expansion of our clients globally, setting up new locations, expanding their network within the client business, onboarding new ones.

- Together with your team, you are dealing with overall high-level strategic planning and management of online campaigns on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc
- Reporting to the VP of Campaigns, you will hire and develop new team members, lead by example
- Communicate with our clients at senior levels, build long-lasting relationships
- Work with a large variety of movies and TV shows, from demanding Arthouse content to the biggest blockbusters and the latest shows.
- Collaborate with our founding, sales and BI teams to individualise client approach and offering
- Use the research, campaign performance metrics and data to improve our setups
What you need for the role:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, a few spent in a leading position
- Knowledge of the media planning amp; the online advertising ecosystem, you navigate easily within Facebook amp; Google universes
- A results-driven, pragmatic mindset focused on solutions, the ability to explain complex things in a simple way
- You thrive in a fast-paced, challenging yet rewarding environment that promotes ownership and independence
- You know that tough clients are the ones you learn with the most and see it as an opportunity for growth
- You aren’t looking to settle for small results and are looking for access to resources and freedom to boost your professional growth in a successful business
- Great conduct of English, another language is a plus
