About the role
ViaBill is looking for a Junior User Insights Assistant with the grit and persistence to continue our rapid growth. You will be joining at an essential and strategic time for ViaBill.You will become responsible for understanding our customers' experience of our product through gathering information and data. You will initially create surveys, be in contact with customers and analyze data to ensure our products fit customers' demands.ViaBill is a great opportunity to advance your career and strengthen your skills within analytics and customer relations. We offer a steep learning curve and you will gain valuable knowledge and experience within the FinTech industry.This is a part-time position, based in our HQ in the historical center of Copenhagen.About you:- You are in the second year or later on your bachelor’s degree
- You are experienced with understanding and structuring data to derive key insights
- You have good interpersonal and people skills to build relationships with customers
- You have a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- You are native in Danish and fluent in English
What you will do:- Send out surveys to our customers to understand their use of the product
- Send out surveys to understand why customers have left our product
- In-person interviews with our users to understand their use and behavior
- In-person user testing for sign-up flows, checkout flows, etc
- Measure and report on NPS and product-market-fit.
