The bigger pictureWe are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-focused and process-oriented FPamp;A Modeler to join our Finance Team to specialise in planning, managing and executing projects against our business initiatives. This is a critical role for turning Dixa’s strategy into a reality, handling a number of projects and delivering a number of tasks on time with little supervision and a big smile

We want to help brands connect with their customers - much like the connection between friends.
We started out as four friends around a kitchen table, on a mission to radically change the customer service space, while building a people-first and values-driven culture from the get-go.
Now, we’re in scale-up territory, backed by incredible VCs (raising Series C in July 2021), and over 190 exceptional Dixaterians working with us in 4 offices (and remotely)
This incredible momentum is fuelling our mission to once and for all eliminate bad customer service and create a world in which all people are welcomed by their favorite brands with the warm familiar
The Employee’s title is FPamp;A Modeler and will thereafter report to the VP of Finance and be responsible for - but not limited to - the following:What you’ll be doing;
- Annual budgeting and forecasting
- Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors
- Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance
- Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the department performance and results
- Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost-saving initiatives
- Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
- Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation, and streamlining operations
- Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability
- Continuous business partnering, to support different areas of the business
- You will be a part of the Finance team and work closely with our CFO and VP of Finance. Currently the team consists of our VP of Finance, Financial Accountant, Account Receivable Specialist, Senior AR accountant and our Finance Student
- We value collaboration, openness, and knowledge-sharing. We are also super open to new ideas and improved ways of scaling our current processes and systems
- Have a higher degree in Economics or Finance (MSc for a business school or similar)
- Have relevant experience as financial controller or finance business partner
- Have solid understanding of business data and how to present it to a broader non-financial audience
- Know how to structure complex financial amp; non financial data
- Have solid experience working with and analysing financial KPIs
- Have experience with Fiscal statements and consolidated financial statements
- Are a skilled communicator in writing and verbal, and can communicate with all levels of an organisation
- Skilled with excel
- Analytical, structured and have a high drive
