About The Role
ViaBill is searching for Development Team Lead to recruit and help to build a scalable, high-performing, remote/distributed product development setup.You have a passion for people development and are driven to grow and scale ViaBill forward through the inevitable ups and downs of a scale-up stage FinTech company.This role works closely with the Chief Architect and Product team to ensure initiatives and innovative approaches to developing people and building an innovative and cohesive culture that will increase overall organizational bench knowledge and experience.The primary responsibilities are to hire, manage our technical staff and be an ambassador of our culture. Additionally, you should ensure efficient processes to speed up onboarding and performance.This is a full-time position.What you will do:- Grow, inspire and lead the technical staff in close collaboration with the Chief Architect
- Ensure the technical setup is staffed, efficient, scalable and stable
- Mentor team members, 1:1s, career development
- Recruit and help to build a scalable, high-performing, remote/distributed Developers and DevOps setup
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best technical talents to ViaBill
- Collaborate closely with Chief Architect throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
- Running and supporting a Software development culture
- Building a strong HR Brand within the Tech community
- You will bring teams together, organize workshops, team events, etc.
About you:- You have experience in full-cycle Technical recruiting and building a strong HR Brand
- You are great at bringing people together, listening, facilitating and implementing initiatives all in all, you are a people person
- You are an innovative facilitator and connector of people
- You can create safe and forward-thinking spaces for dialogue, discussion and sharing of difficult topics
- Have experience in leading the technical teams within the people development focus
- You are a deep, engaging, and empathic listener to the ideas, experiences, viewpoints, and perspectives of others
- You are able to build trust by demonstrating respect, creating transparency, keeping commitments, and actively working to restore trust when necessary
