As part of our growth journey, we're looking for a new colleague to join our team as Product Marketing Manager for Germany and the UK.

In this role, you will be part of the global Product Marketing team in Copenhagen, supporting our team to grow our market share in Germany and the UK. You will work closely with the marketing leads in both countries, helping to communicate the product effectively and ensure localization where necessary.

• Creating a plan to grow our market share in Germany and in the UK in the short- and long term.
• Researching buyers, competitors, segments, and industries
• Collaborate with the Global Product Marketing team and local Marketing teams on product launches, go-to-market strategies, and market intelligence on an ad hoc basis
• Be responsible for the creation of sales enablement plans: understand local sales teams' needs, support the distribution of product knowledge and education to ensure everyone talks the same language about Planday, and develop sales collateral
• Perform competitive analysis and maintain competitor battle cards, define and communicate key win-overs that can inform positioning, and share competitive updates with the wider business
• Act as a link between the local teams and the global Product Marketing function

Requirements

We would like you to have the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and present your ideas to a wide audience.

Additionally, we would like you to have:

• Professional fluency in German and English
• At least one year of experience in product marketing or product management, preferably in the SaaS space and in a high-growth company
• Experience working with and understanding customers in both markets
• Experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies in this space
• Analytical approach, critical thinking, and an empathetic understanding of customer needs
