Job Description
SYBO is growing. We’re releasing new games, building on the massive success of Subway Surfers as the most downloaded game of all time (3 billion downloads and counting!) and continuing to excite and surprise the most important people in the world: Our players!
We’re looking for a talented Game Designer to join a team working on an exciting new game. Here, you’ll create the most dynamic, exciting and experiential content for our new title, and act as a creative nexus for the members of your feature pod.
Responsibilities
- In your first month - You’ll meet the team and meet the game. You’ll get to know your tools, create your first bits of content, and get the team playing your stuff!
- In your first 3 months - You’ll be familiar with our process and methodology. You’ll make an impact in what we focus on and how, and get content into our build.
- In your first 12 months - You’ll be a crucial part of our team, coming up with the coolest ways to wow our players and deliver the most amazing content, bouncing energy back and forth between the other members of the entire team to capture the best ideas and make them real.
Requirements
- You have solid experience in content creation (i.e. level design, character design, enemy design, skill design, etc)
- You are comfortable in operating in an agile environment with cross-functional teams amp; a high degree of autonomy
Bonus points
- Design experience in character design, gameplay design, and/or action genre
- Some experience in new game creation
- Experience in Unity amp; C#
