SYBO is growing. We’re releasing new games, building on the massive success of Subway Surfers as the most downloaded game of all time (3 billion downloads and counting!) and continuing to excite and surprise the most important people in the world: Our players!
We’re looking for a talented Presentation Designer to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Brand Manager. We’re making the hires that make SYBO great, finding the best people in the industry to help us continue to lead the way in F2P mobile games!
Responsibilities
- In your first month - You’ll get an understanding of the marketing team’s work processes, our approach to leadership and how we find solutions to challenges. You'll take charge of your first projects and begin creating awesome presentations to support the team and company.
- In your first 3 months - You’ll be up and running by now, you’ll be well known within the marketing team as an integral support function, you’ll have made some dazzling-looking presentations that help us raise the bar and begin to support the Marketing Director with featuring pitch decks to help secure featuring on the Apple and Google Play stores. You will have built up strong relationships with your immediate peers and lead.
- In your first 6 months - You’ll become a vital part of the team and be able to understand exactly what SYBO is about! You’ll help the team by taking a higher-level approach to presentation-crafting, supporting SYBO in multiple areas where all types of presentations are needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with graphic design in the creative field. It could be another game studio, animation studio, agency or production company
- Can easily make presentations on various programs eg. Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to illustrate and create awesome visuals from scratch or with limited resources for all of the above
- An eye for great visual design (composition, typography, trends, look and feel, storytelling, color)
- Expert user of the Adobe CC package
- Problem-solving and proactive attitude towards challenges
- Ability to work from a brief in order to visualize concepts and ideas
- Good organizational skills and self management
- Hungry to learn and ambitious to contribute and innovate
Bonus points
- Experience in a game studio
- 2D animation or motion graphics skills.
- Basic Unity and Blender skills (preferred but not essential)
- 3D rendering experience
