SYBO is growing. We’re releasing new games, building on the massive success of Subway Surfers as the most downloaded game of all time (3 billion downloads and counting!), and continuing to excite and surprise the most important people in the world: Our players!

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. We’re looking for a great team player who will help us drive all our games to new levels.

You are a born storyteller that lives and breathes mobile gaming. You will help us create and launch strategies that allow brands to reach and connect with our players in fresh and impactful ways. You will play an instrumental role working with Product and Marketing. You are a passionate and energetic individual with a mission to help identify untapped market opportunities to execute marketing plans. You will help us define a marketing strategy to ensure the expansion of Subway Surfers IP.

In the first 6 months

• In your first month - You’ll understand SYBO's workflow, what our development teams are working on and how Marketing supports them.
• In your first 3 months - You’ll be up and running by now, you’ll be well known amongst the other PMMs, and you’ll have made great contacts within the rest of the company and built up strong relationships with the marketing leads. You’re already taking on expanding on some of the marketing strategies for the new projects.
• In your first 6 months - You’ll become a vital part of the team and be able to understand exactly what SYBO is about! You’ll be the core bridge between our games teams and the marketing team. You will take the lead in supporting all our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development of the go-to-market strategy for the launch and scaling of games; including defining product positioning, key messages; and managing the cross-functional GTM process (in close collaboration with Games and Marketing Directors)
• Own media planning and promotions of the product, manage alternative promo channels and partnerships
• Partner with the Creative team on optimization and project management

• Gather insights internally and externally to ensure that we are building the right games for the right players
• Conduct market research, identify market size and opportunities. Target audience research. Run appeal testing to assess and optimize marketability for new games

• Lead product communications and partner with Product managers across the company in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations in various formats ( slides, videos, one-pagers)
• Maximize player inflow by optimizing/improving Organic and UA funnels (conversion rate optimization, keywords optimization, AB testing, etc.)
• Promote LiveOps among new and existing marketing channels
• Monitor and report on all marketing KPIs

Requirements

• 5+ years working as a Senior PMM within the mobile gaming industry
• Relevant work experience working in Product Strategy, Product Marketing, or Strategy Consulting; demonstrating at least one promotion in a relevant role
• Experience working with mobile games
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with capacity for highly structured and rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills at all levels and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and business units. Ability to align with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Passion for video games and understanding of the mobile games industry
