The Partner Manager 's main responsibility shall be to:

  • Unlock the potential and drive our partner channel to be a significant and consistent revenue channel
  • Collaborate with different departments (Account Team, Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to grow our business with existing sales partners
  • Identify new exciting opportunities and manage a strong pipeline together with our sales partners
  • Orchestrate multiple stakeholders internally and externally to ensure we achieve commercial success with the sales partners
  • Establish relationships on executive level to ensure commitment on mutual opportunities
  • Conduct partner visits and follow-up meetings
  • Work with business cases for new sales partners, create and follow up on action plans to ensure growth
  • Create a structured and scalable framework for our sales partner channel
  • Participate in regular account planning and deal review meetings with the extended account team

Requirements

  • Commercial experience with strategic partnerships and sales from a previous role within Partner Account Management, Account Management or sales management
  • Ability to manage and run a complex sales process and to articulate the business value of SaaS offerings within Learning amp; Development and Communication
  • Higher education in a relevant field is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is a requirement
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel on regular basis if required
