How would you enable our skilled sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently?Keepit is looking for a Revenue Operations Support Specialist to join our Revenue Operations Team in Copenhagen, DenmarkWe are growing fast as a company, and we are set on using our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup services to a global audience. Our Revenue Operations Team plays a vital part in ensuring that we reach our goals as a company, as they work assiduously to establish the best possible conditions for our skilled sales teams.
Asa Revenue Operations Support Specialist, you will help us build transparent and data-driven decision-making around our sales processes. You will help us continuously monitor and analyze the sales departments to ensure we have the right data to help us grow as a company.Central tasks as Revenue Operations Support Specialist with Keepit will include Own and administer our internal commercial support portal Jira, and act as the first point of contact to our Commercial Teams. Configuration and debugging of key sales systems such as Salesforce, DealHub, ChiliPiper, AirCall, Salesloft, and more. Work closely with our external vendor CSMs/AMs to increase ROI on our commercial tool stack. Become a specialist in commercial workflows and document processes and create collateral related to the commercial teams. Participate in projects to roll out new systems and workflows.As Revenue Operations Support Specialist, you will be joining our growing Revenue Operations Team consisting of competent sales professionals and tech entrepreneurs. You will refer to our Revenue Operations Manager, Britta Andreassen. Structure and planning: A vital part of the position is to help our salespeople use our different platforms to their full potential. In order to do this well, we think you must have a structured mindset and be good at planning ahead. In a flexible and rapidly changing organization, structure and the ability to delegate when necessary are essential to succeed.
