About The Role
As a legal student in Onomondo, you’ll be a key player in the operations Team in helping our Commercial, Tech and Operations team with their legal tasks.
The overarching goal for you as a Legal Student is to understand the needs for legal help from all parts of the company, and being able to help broadly with tasks and questions.
You'll report directly to our COO who will help guide, strategize and prioritize your efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Help Implement policies like GDPR, Whistleblowing Directive and Code of Conducts.
- Update terms of service to commercial (and technical) changes to our offering
- Write contracts for potential partners
- Look through NDAs from potential partners and customers and highlight needed changes, to follow our standards.
- And a variety of other legal tasks
Requirements
- A good legal foundation
- Flexible and committed to learn what you don't already know.
- Prior experience with commercial law is a plus
- Currently enrolled in your Bachelor or Masters Degree, studying Jur, HA(jur.) or similar.
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills (proficiency in English)
