Job Description

We are looking for a talented People amp; Culture Advisor to help drive and facilitate the People amp; Culture agenda in the SYBO teams.

Reporting into our People amp; Culture Manager, you will join a highly committed Employee Experience team that takes pride in making a difference to the people working to scale our business.

Our core objectives are to create great people experiences, and support the business to scale, while we have fun. We cherish ownership mentality, high professional integrity, quality assurance and the ability and courage to challenge the business when needed, while knowing one's own limitations when not to.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact and trusted advisor for SYBO team leads
  • Facilitate activities along the employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, promotions, offboarding, salary reviews etc.)
  • Advise and support leads on employee relations
  • Advise leads and employees on personnel administration and benefits
  • Drive key processes in our annual People amp; Culture cycle, including cross-organisational 360 reviews and engagement surveys
  • Drive and manage activities related to team engagement and individual development, leveraging our engagement tool CultureAmp Talent Reviews, Role amp; Goal Syncs and other tools
  • Design and help implement company policies and processes


In your first month You’ll get to know SYBO, the team and our key processes, projects and systems.

In your first 3 months You’ll get to know your key stakeholders, their business areas and how you can support them in executing people processes and day-to-day people operation.

In your first 12 months You've built strong relationships across the organization and have become a trusted partner. You own and execute annual processes and strategic People amp; Culture projects related to our Must Win Battles.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a background in People amp; Culture / HR, along with a good understanding of labor legislation.

  • 2+ years experience in HR advisoring / partnering, ideally within scale-ups and high-growth companies
  • Knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and of Danish employment legislation and regulations
  • Experience in facilitation and coaching managers and teams
  • Ability to manage a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and implementing employment policies and processes
  • Experience with project management in a People amp; Culture / HR setup
  • Strong, self-aware communicator with capacity to influence others to action
  • An analytical approach to work with a flair for data and interest in HCA
  • Native / bilingual Danish proficiency and professional English proficiency
