The role
We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and hands-on Customer Director, Denmark to lead and scale up our Customer Success Team. A leader who has worked with Account Management and expanding existing customer base.

In TwentyThree our Customers mean the world to us, and that's why our goal is to attract an experienced leader with high ambitions and the ability to coach, lead and mentor our people. She/he will report to and work closely with our Head of Operations and will be part of the Customer leadership team, contributing to driving our service offerings around our product, building a world-class customer experience across all touchpoints, and enhancing product adoption and activation for different cohorts.

The role includes:

  • Responsibility for a portfolio consisting of the 20 biggest customers in Denmark.
  • Lead and coach our Client Managers and Client Directors in the Danish Customer Success Team.
  • Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams in order to reach our strategic goals.
  • Every day working to improve our methodology of customer benchmarking, solution framework, and VideoPlans.
  • Leveraging CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.
  • Bringing energy, performance drive, and professionalism to the Customer team in general and colleagues in the company.
  • Be responsible for reaching our NRR goals and commercial goals in the team.
  • build a world-class customer experience across all touchpoints, and enhance product adoption and activation for different cohorts.
  • Close collaboration with the Danish Country Manager

Requirements

For you to thrive in this role:

  • You have a deep understanding and curiosity about digital marketing
  • You are motivated by creating a great customer experience and moving our customers in their digital transformation journey
  • You are an experienced leader who knows how to motivate and scale a team
  • You have succeeded with working with upsells and churns on growth and enterprise customers.
  • You are a trusted public speaker who likes being on stage, and, of course, on video.
  • You are fluent in Danish and English.
