The role
We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and hands-on Customer Director, Global to lead and scale up our Customer Success Team. A leader who has worked with Account Management and expanding existing customer base.
In TwentyThree our Customers mean the world to us, and that's why our goal is to attract an experienced leader with high ambitions and the ability to coach, lead and mentor our people. She/he will report to and work closely with our Head of Operations, and will be part of the Customer leadership team, contributing to driving our service offerings around our product, building a world-class customer experience across all touchpoints, and enhancing product adoption and activation for different cohorts.
