We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Support Manager in the life-sciences industry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer inquiries and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.

What will you do?
Our Customer Support Manager will create a good customer experience for all customers using our products and services, as well as provide compliance guidance to both customers and junior team members.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support.

Here are the tasks you can find on your daily to-do list:

  • Providing guidance to our customer support team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and processes
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer success, development, sales and marketing, to address customer needs and concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Creating and maintaining the support materials for customers
  • Occasional customer on-site advisory visits
  • Respond to customer tickets in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Report product malfunctions

About You
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. It is a plus if you have an understanding of the life-sciences industry as well.

Our ideal candidate would recognize themselves in the following:

  • Minimum 3 years experience within the customer support field, ideally in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You thrive when multitasking and are able to prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software (knowledge of HubSpot is an advantage)
  • Diligent and responsible, able to take ownership
  • Technical understanding of WiFi services will be considered a plus
  • English proficiency is a requirement for this position, Danish proficiency is considered an advantage
  • Driver’s license is an advantage
  • Additional language skills are a plus

Eupry's team consists of over 12 nationalities, all working together on a mission to create user-friendly storage compliance solutions that will significantly improve the way our medicine, food, and other sensitive goods are stored and transported.
