SYBO is growing. We’re releasing new games, building on the massive success of Subway Surfers as the most downloaded game of all time (3 billion downloads and counting!) and continuing to excite and surprise the most important people in the world: Our players!
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and analytics experience who can build the analytics foundations for our Growth Team. You are a curious and disciplined individual and are passionate about mobile games. You have business awareness and are capable of digging into terabytes of data to drive advanced analysis and enable our marketing team to make data informed decisions. You will help us evaluate our marketing and user acquisition investments and monitor ongoing performance to unlock business opportunities.
Responsibilities
In your first month - You will meet your new team members consisting of cross functional teams and you will play and learn about our games. During the first month you will work on an individual project with the sole purpose to understand the culture of the cross functional teams and the technologies we utilize in Marketing and the Organization at large.
In your first 3 months - You’ll be forming part of the team’s culture and daily rhythm of work whilst developing a great understanding of our goals and vision for SYBO and the Marketing team. You will be leading a number of initiatives which will form the building blocks of the Growth Team’s operations.
In your first 12 months - You will have built a solid analytics foundation for our Growth Operations, contributed to the growth of multiple titles, and increased the data literacy of the organization. Your valuable experience and insights will contribute to the strategic planning of future marketing campaigns.
