Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, native English speaking content creator who can craft compelling communication for a fast-growing SaaS start-up. Unlike a lot of companies burning $$$ on search and display, content takes centre stage at TwentyThree. You’ll be playing a key role in helping us stand out in the market while finding innovative ways to generate leads and keep customers informed and engaged.

You understand the role of different channels and can create content accordingly. You’re a craftsperson at heart but not afraid to roll your sleeves up and execute fast. Most importantly, you know how to tell a great story in perfect English.

About you

We are looking for a native English speaker with a growth mindset, experience in creating content for SaaS/B2B, and a pen that can generate leads.

As a member of the Marketing team you will work closely with marketers, video producers, webinar managers, designers and strategists to create world-class copywriting for all touch points throughout the customer’s journey.

Your role

  • Create strong go-to-market communication when launching new products and features
  • Bring our products to life through demos, use cases and customer cases - to be used on our website and in ads.
  • Create world-class product communication that will engage leads and strengthen customers’ product use
  • Create content for our owned media:
    - Make the SoMe strategy for organic content, write engaging posts and manage content from different contributors in the company (content team, sales, etc).
    - Create engaging lead nurturing flows.
    - Create monthly newsletters to be sent to leads.
    - Create copy and content to capture leads on the website.
  • Help the product team improve customer communication across touchpoints, especially emails, website, and UX writing.
  • Increase permissions and move more prospects through the funnel with lead nurturing.
  • Analyze your efforts to constantly improve the content.
  • You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing, Sidsel Forchhammer

Requirements

  • Native English speaker
  • Min. 4 years copywriting experience, ideally with a global SaaS or B2B company
  • Preferably also experience doing video and/or webinar content creation
  • Can drive strategy as well as the hands-on work
  • Get-shit-done attitude
  • Excellent stakeholder manager
  • Structured (you’ll need to keep track of a lot of deadlines)
  • Passionate about creating a great experience through the buyer's journey
  • You value that we operate on the principles of being human, sustainable, pioneering and collaborative.

Probably the best office in Copenhagen, situated right next to the Lakes in the center of Copenhagen.

The role has a competitive salary with three months fully paid parental leave, amp; five weeks of paid vacation in addition to bank holidays.

You will participate in the company bonus pool The Pool based on salary ratio/employment time in the year.

We will supply a computer, paid phone, free lunch (as far as the Danish government allows it), and all the coffee, beer and wine in the office you can drink.
