The role and tasks

In the position of Partner amp; VIP Support Specialist, you will be a key element and one of the foundational pillars in shaping the culture, foundation and future of the Partner amp; VIP Support Team. You will be our voice to the outside world with our VIP customers which consists of major companies where a smooth and solid communication channel for support and technical assistance is of utmost importance. It is therefore crucial that you have a passion for helping people. Our customers and partners are always the center of our focus and it is important to us that they get an amazing and memorable experience when they contact us.

Your primary tasks will consist of:

  • Communicating directly with our partners, operators and other VIP customers, primarily via conversations via email and messaging in a ticketing system, but also inbound and outbound calls.
  • Listen and respond to our customers needs and concerns and provide professional and friendly support at all times ensuring our customers are our number one priority.
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to troubleshoot and solve queries.
  • Take part in expanding our knowledge base and help with building a solid foundation for the future.
  • Prioritising tickets and ensuring the VIP cases are taken care of it and dealt with accordingly and in a timely manner.

Requirements


  • You are fluent Danish and English. Additional languages are very beneficial.
  • You are located in Denmark and can work from our office in Copenhagen.
  • You have an above and beyond-mentality and are always willing to go the extra mile to help our customers.
  • You are not afraid of reaching out to colleagues to find the right answers.
  • You have experience working in customer-facing environments.
  • You have attention to detail and are not afraid of taking ownership.
  • You are tech-savvy.
