Job Description
SYBO is growing. We’re releasing new games, building on the massive success of Subway Surfers as the most downloaded game of all time (3 billion downloads and counting!) and continuing to excite and surprise the most important people in the world: Our players!
We’re looking for a talented Audio Designer with a passion for his craft. We supply all departments of SYBO with great music, sfx and other audio related tasks. Your primary task will be creating SFX for games, as well as doing music and post production for videos and marketing material.
Requirements
- In your first month - You’ll get familiar with the workflows of the company and especially the ones involving audio. You’ll also get settled into your studio area and setup audio libraries, audio hardware, and equipment in collaboration with the IT department
- In your first three months - You’ll get to know the different teams you will be and get a feel for the style and vision of the projects. You’ll start supporting them with SFX and music and helping out community and marketing with audio-related tasks.
- In your first 12 months - You’ll be a vital part of the Audio department! You’ll be in charge of delivering music and SFX for different projects and integrating it in collaboration with engineers. You’ll also support the Audio Lead in documentation tasks to help build a solid Sound Department at SYBO

Requirements
- Passion for games and sound design
- A positive attitude and an ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously.
- Ability to proactively assess the needs of the game teams.
- Ability to do adapt to overall aesthetic vision for a project and take feedback
- Knowledge of Fmod and audio functionality in Unity
- Ability to compose music in a wide variety of musical styles and moods.
