We empower charge point owners with a full-fledged solution to attract users and seamlessly manage usage, pricing, availability, and payments. By doing so, we empower Charge Point Operators and offer consistent charging experiences for Electrical Vehicle owners. Ultimately, Monta is laying the groundwork for a scalable and sustainable EV infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Product amp; Engineering team at Monta and lead our Product-Led Growth (PLG) squad and activities. In this role, you will be responsible for our PLG business strategy, focusing on our products as the primary driver for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through a customer-centric, data-driven approach.

Your responsibilities will include defining and executing the PLG strategy to drive product adoption and growth, including understanding the needs of our customers and translating those needs into product requirements.

Your goal is to build product offerings and add-ons that are so valuable and easy to use that they essentially sell themselves, creating a self-sustaining, low-touch cycle of growth. You will be part of your own full-stack squad, able to deliver end-to-end solutions and implementations in our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including peer product managers, engineering, design, marketing and growth, and customer success, to execute your product roadmap.

Requirements

• You have strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive fast and qualified product decisions and back them up and measure success e.g. via Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segments, or other product analytics tools
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams like engineering, design, growth, and customer success to develop and launch successful features and product add-ons.
• You have a strong foundation in product management. This includes experience in product strategy, product development, and product launch preferably from working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with rapidly evolving priorities
• You have experience in developing and launching successful products, preferably in SaaS.
• You have a flair for user experience and design, and it is advantageous that you can convert your ideas into high-level wireframes to effectively communicate your vision.
• You are able to balance the needs of the user with the business objectives of the company and have the skills to develop and launch successful products that drive growth.
• You have a growth-oriented mindset and are focused on driving user acquisition and retention through product adoption.
