About The Role
As a legal student in Onomondo, you’ll be a key player in the operations Team in helping our Commercial, Tech and Operations teams with their legal tasks.
The overarching goal for you as a Legal Student is to understand the need for legal help from all parts of the company and be able to help broadly with tasks and questions.
You'll report directly to our COO who will help guide, strategize, and prioritize your efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Draft and review employment-related documents, including employment contracts, addendums, severance agreements and employee handbook.
- Conduct legal research and provide support on a variety of employment law topics.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files and documents, ensuring proper record-keeping and confidentiality.
Collaborate with the legal team on other areas of law as needed, including but not limited to corporate law, intellectual property, and data privacy.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the legal team lead.
Requirements
- A solid legal foundation
- Flexible and committed to learn what you don't already know.
- Prior experience with commercial law is a plus
- Currently enrolled in your third year of Bachelor's or Masters Degree, studying cand.Jur or HA(jur.).
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills (proficiency in English our company language)
